Church in Brazil

We went to church today. There was almost no one that spoke English and I didn't understand anything. The singing was in Portuguese and so was the preaching. I didn't understand anything, did you hear me? No, I did understand when they said, "Oi" (Hello) and "Tudo bem" (Everything's well), but that was all. Even though I didn't understand much, the people were so nice. They shook my hand, hugged my neck, and kissed my cheek. The hug and kiss is very Brazilian. We didn't stay for Sunday School class, but I met all the kids in the class. They wanted me to stay and acted like they really liked meeting me. Maybe next week we can stay for Sunday School. I'm sure I will like it and have fun.

I'm really glad you enjoyed your new church. I know that the body of Christ there will be really excited to have you there and will need you to be all that Christ has made you to be. Keep up the good work and hopefully we will talk to you soon.
love,

See Mr. P., I knew you would be famous. I'm so proud of you for knowing any of the words. I think I can remember "oi". You'll have to remind me. Ethan and Chloe miss you a whole lot. Talk to you soon, Aunt Kami

Tone-tone-ta-tone-tone-tone....sounds like you are figuring out that country of Brazil. I hear that you acted all cute & stuff and got the ladies at the kennel to let you actually pet the doggies. Only you my friend, could pull that one off, so I hear. Keep on showing Mom & Dad the ropes and they'll be fine. And remember, you got 4 little bitty eyes watching you too. I am proud of you for your courage and for your love of the Lord. You have some good teachers, in your mom & dad. The boyz say hello.........Love the blog !
